Setting up my warranty

Please take this time to register the warranty for your product with us. To register your warranty please fill in the form below, stating your product's serial number as well as your website/Amazon/eBay order number and date.
You will then receive an email confirmation (Please check your spam folder in case our email ends up there!).

Laptop Setup Guide (Generic)

1. Connect the AC Adapter

Connect the AC adapter to the laptop and then plug the other end into an electrical outlet or surge protector.

  • Note: Please ensure that your Laptop or PC is running on mains power when it is first booted up. If the battery were to fail during the install, then it could corrupt Windows

2. Connect the Network Cable & Power

To use a wired network (internet) connection then you’ll need to connect a network cable.

 3. Press the power button

The power button will be above the laptop keyboard, similar to the below example:

Windows Licence Activation

As part of Microsoft’s Authorised Refurbisher regulations, it is important that we give you the ‘out of box experience’ required. This means that you will need to activate your Windows license. All of our products are shipped with a genuine Windows 10 license key, which is what you need to get the job done.

Note: Although LOOP8 LTD is authorized to install Microsoft products onto a Laptop or PC, Microsoft will be responsible for any support you need on the use of their products.
